Shipping -
Bead-n-Bling.com offers Free USPS Ground Shipping and will be insured for the total cost of each order, $20.00 and over, within the USA only.
Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as your payment clears. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been sent. In most cases your order will be shipped the next business day. In the unlikely event that there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

I accept PayPal Only. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. I am not set up for any other form of payment at this time.
Gift Packaging -
If you would like to have special packaging on part or all of your order , please go to our Gift Packaging page. During checkout please specify in the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" box what products you would like to have specially packaged. **Only certain items have this option.
Return or Exchange -
No Refunds, Merchandise Credit Only
To exchange merchandise it must be sent back to the store within 7 days from the date you received it. You will need to contact the store for a return shipping address and the reason for the exchange at customerservice@bead-bling.com . It will be up to the owner's discretion whether an item can or cannot be returned. Merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging and original condition with no signs of wear or damage. The package must be insured by the USPS for the purchased price.You will receive credit for the amount of your order, minus a $5.00 restocking fee for each item.
You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs when returning an item for store credit.
Damaged Merchandise-
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact the store within 7 days of the date you received it. It will be repaired and sent back promptly, at no cost to you.
